Charles Gavoty serves clients in the hi-tech, biotech, medtech and fintech industries in matters relating to capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity. He represents a large number of emerging companies and their managers or investors in transactions ranging from seed to late-stage financing, private and public M&A deals, IPOs, private placements and rights issues, to corporate structuring and management compensation packages. In 2001, he received the Lavoisier Scholarship awarded by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
