Career

Co-head of the Firm’s Government Regulation Practice, Françoise Labrousse focuses on environmental, energy, life sciences, dangerous substances and products, health, safety and ESG issues generally under French, European and international law. Françoise defends clients in environmental, health and safety compliance investigations, crisis management and industrial accidents, regulatory enforcement actions and litigation matters before civil, administrative, criminal and arbitral courts. She has extensive experience on soil and groundwater contamination, air emissions, climate change, waste management (including plastic waste), and exposure to asbestos, PFAS and other dangerous substances. Françoise handles regulatory, environmental, health and safety issues in M&A, real estate, and energy transactions.
