Career

Christine Van Gallebaert focuses on securitization over various underlying assets (residential loans, consumer loans, auto leases, real estate financial leases, trade receivables, SME loans) and non-performing loans (NPL). She has sound experience in ABS term deals (public or private), structuring of covered bonds issuers, and also assists clients in the formation of untranched debt funds, including direct lending funds – some authorized as European Long Term Investment Funds (ELTIF) by the French Market Authority for the purpose of granting loans to small and medium European enterprises.
