Partner in Demarest’s Labor practice area, Eduardo Alcântara Lopes holds a specialization degree in Labor Law and Procedure from Pontifícia Universidade Católica (PUC-SP/COGEAE), as well as a specialization degree in Collective and Union Bargaining from Wilson Cerqueira. Currently, he is taking an MBA in People Management from Universidade de São Paulo (USP). He concentrates his practice in highly complex individual and collective lawsuits. Among his main clients are companies in the fields of industry, retail, energy, consumer goods and technology.
