Eduardo has been the vice president of the International Chamber of Commerce’s (ICC) International Court of Arbitration since 2018, and a member of the International Council for International Arbitration’s (ICCA) governing body since 2022. Eduardo was also previously the vice president of the Latin American Arbitration Association (ALARB) and the International Bar Association’s (IBA) Arbitration Committee.
