Career
Graduated in Law from Fluminense Federal University – UFF (2007). Master in Financial and Tax Law from State of Rio de Janeiro University – UERJ (2019).
He was a lawyer for the Technical Assistance and Rural Extension Company of the State of Rio de Janeiro – EMATER (2009 to 2010) and for Petróleo Brasileiro S/A – PETROBRAS (2010 to 2013), working predominantly in tax litigation. He is currently an Attorney for the State of Rio de Janeiro (since 2013), and has held various management positions, including the heads of the Active Debt Attorney’s Office (2019), as Assistant Attorney, and the Legal Advisory Office of the State Treasury Department (2019 to date), as Chief Legal Advisor to the Treasury. He also serves as the Treasury Representative on the Rio de Janeiro State Taxpayers Council (2023).
He has experience and knowledge in tax law, acting in advisory and administrative and judicial litigation.
