Career

​​Gustavo Maia is a partner in the BMA’s Real Estate Transactions practice area.

He provides support to national and international clients on the legal and business aspects of sophisticated real estate deals, including civil law, corporate and tax matters, and in acquisitions of land, structuring and implementation of large-scale, complex development projects, and negotiation of contracts of association between players in the real estate market and shareholders’ agreements related to real estate projects. He also advises in financing transactions and securitization of receivables, and issues legal opinions.
