​Guilherme Ayala is a partner in the Real Estate practice area. He has extensive experience in contract law and real estate transactions, providing clients with legal support on the civil, corporate and tax aspects of business transactions.

His practice includes real estate contracts and transactions in various sectors of the market, such as residential, commercial, hotels, hospitals, shopping centers, industrial, subdivisions, agribusiness and infrastructure. He represents both national and international clients, including big real estate developers in Brazil, designing the legal structure for real estate development projects and negotiating contracts typical of the real estate sector, such as purchase and sale, exchange, lease, built-to-suit, sale and lease back, joint ventures between real estate developers, construction contracts, and collateral security instruments. He also advises in debt financing transactions and securitization of receivables, and issues legal opinions in the areas of his expertise.
