Career

Jane Goldman is a partner in BMA’s Finance and Capital Markets area. Her practice focuses on structuring investment funds and securities offerings in general.

She has notable experience in structuring investment funds and in debt and equity transactions in the Brazilian and international markets, including public offerings and private placements of shares, units, debentures, notes, and fund units. She also acts in securitization of receivables and condo-hotel transactions.

She assists foreign clients in the registration of their investments in Brazil, and advises on regulatory issues affecting listed companies, financial institutions, asset management firms and other agents in the securities market.

Jane provides individuals and their families with legal support in the area of Wealth Management and Succession Planning, and acts in structuring exclusive and restricted investment funds.
