Ana Cândida is a partner in BMA’s Infrastructure and Regulatory and Government Affairs practice area.

​Her experience involves a variety of administrative law matters, such as government bidding procedures and contracts, public service concessions and public-private partnerships, state-owned and mixed economy companies, misconduct by public agents, fiscal responsibility, corporate social investment, regulated sectors, and administrative proceedings before public agencies and supervisory bodies, especially public accounts tribunals and government comptrollers’ offices. She has also participated in significant infrastructure projects in the airport, port, railroad and basic sanitation sectors.

Ana is co-founder of Infra Women Brazil. She is a member of faculty in the MBA program on PPPs and Concessions offered by FESPSP – Sociology and Policy School Foundation of São Paulo and the London School of Economics, and lectures in the infrastructure specialization course at FGV/SP – Executive Education.
