Career

Raphael is a partner in Energy at ​​Lefosse.

He specializes in regulatory, transactional and litigation matters in the Electric Energy Sector working with Generation, Commercialization, Transmission and Distribution. Raphael has extensive experience in the structuring of projects and complex structures in ACR and ACL including Distributed Generation, Energy Self-Production, M&As and Privatizations. Raphael started his career at the Endesa Group and was the Legal and Regulatory Manager at CCEE (Câmara de Comercialização de Energia Elétrica – Electric Energy Commercialization Chamber) for almost a decade. He is a Member of the Energy Commission of OAB/SP and President of IBDE (Instituto Brasileiro do Direito de Energia – Brazilian Institute of Energy Law).

Raphael graduated in Law from UFRJ (Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro) and holds an MBA in Corporate Law from FGV-RJ (Fundação Getúlio Vargas). He has specializations in Civil Procedural Law and Electric Energy Regulatory Law also from FGV-RJ.
