Jacopo’s practice covers various aspects of public law, including environmental and export controls.

Jacopo is counsel in Bird & Bird regulatory & administrative practice, based in Milan.
His practice focuses on administrative law. He regularly advises clients and assists them in litigation before administrative and civil courts in matters concerning public procurement, healthcare, environmental regulation and export controls.

Before joining Bird & Bird in 2016, Jacopo practised at a prestigious Italian law firm specialised in administrative and constitutional law.

Jacopo graduated summa cum laude from the University of Padova and received a Ph.D. in constitutional law from the same University. His thesis was entitled “Monetary Policy and the Constitution”. During his academic career he studied overseas at various universities in the U.S. and in France.
He has also published on administrative law and public procurement matters (for example: “Il collaudo dei lavori pubblici” in R. Villata, M. Bertolissi, V. Domenichelli e G. Sala, “I contratti pubblici di lavori, servizi e furniture”, Padova, 2014).
