Özgecan Korkmaz is a senior associate at Kabine Law Office. Ms. Korkmaz focuses her practice on commercial and post-M&A disputes related to various sectors including construction, media and telecommunications, banking and payment systems and industrial manufacturing. She has represented and advised a wide range of clients, including business conglomerates, multinational corporations and high net-worth individuals before local courts, ICC, ISTAC, SCIA, LCIA arbitral tribunals and ECHR. As part of her practice, she also provides advice for private and public companies on complex corporate restructuring as well as international compliance matters.
