Dieuwertje de Leeuw (1983) is a founding partner of Finch Dispute Resolution. Dieuwertje is a commercial litigator with a focus on corporate and contractual disputes. She handles a wide variety of post-M&A disputes, shareholder disputes, directors’ and officers’ liability cases and disputes relating to commercial contracts, including the termination of contracts and negotiations. She is a specialist in the areas of attachments, execution of assets and enforcement of judgments, and has garnered a wide range of experience in relation to disputes in the financial sector.

Dieuwertje publishes and lectures on a regular basis. She is on the editorial board of the corporate law journal Bedrijfsjuridische Berichten (Bb) and acts as a guest lecturer at the Vrije Universiteit in a postgraduate legal program on corporate litigation.
