Youssef advises Moroccan and international clients on various aspects of real estate law across different assets including industrial, commercial, residential, hospitality and logistics. He is involved in asset transactions, development of large-scale projects (real estate, industrial, and tourism), construction operations, marketing, structuring mixed use projects, and management operations of large real estate complexes. He also assists several clients in preparing and negotiating lease agreements (professional leases, commercial leases, built-to-suit operations, etc.).

Youssef also advises clients on more specific aspects such as urban planning law and hotel management agreements.

He has extensive experience in the industrial sector, advising numerous investors in the development of their industrial projects in Morocco.
Youssef also represents and advises clients in arbitration proceedings related to real estate disputes (particularly construction and promotion).

Youssef is a member of the Casablanca Bar.
