Boubacar’s practice focuses on corporate law, particularly on M&A transactions on behalf of public and private, listed and unlisted companies, or their shareholders, management teams, and investors. He also assists numerous companies in their start-up phase as well as in venture capital or development capital transactions. He regularly coordinates cross-border teams of lawyers in international transactions.

Before joining ADNA, Boubacar practiced law for eight years in French and international law firms in Paris.

After obtaining his baccalaureate at the Prytanée Militaire of Saint-Louis in Senegal, he joined the University of Paris I, Panthéon-Sorbonne from which he graduated with a Master II in Business Law and Economic Law and a Magistère in Economic Activities Law.

Boubacar is qualified as a lawyer in the Paris Bar.
