9Corporate was founded in 2021 by three seasoned M&A lawyers, Jan-Paul van der Hoek, Tessa Rozendal and Mark Miedema. In September 2022, the firm welcomed Daphne van Boxtel from Rutgers & Posch. In December 2022, Maurits de Haan, youngest partner at Houthoff and Jeanine Evertse, from NautaDutilh, joined the team, further enhancing their expertise.
