Career

Zvonimir Buterin renders legal support to domestic and foreign clients in all phases of investment projects. They span from financing, negotiating, and drafting project documentation to the realization of the investment and continuing support in negotiating and drafting agreements used in the regular business of investment companies.

Besides investment projects, he renders legal support to clients in restructuring and refinancing projects in areas such as infrastructure, the food industry, tourism, and construction.

Zvonimir also provides legal support to clients — both as creditors or debtors — in pre-bankruptcy and bankruptcy proceedings and represents clients in the settlement of commercial and investment disputes through arbitration.
