At CCSL Advogados Margarida focuses on assisting several national and multinational companies on litigation and employment matters. Margarida supports clients with litigation, insolvency and employment matters.

Margarida is experienced in litigation, civil law, insolvency, restructuring and employment matters, benefiting from a vast professional experience in corporate legal advice.

Prior to joining CCSL Advogados Margarida was a member of the Litigation, Insolvency and Restructuring Department at Garrigues in Lisbon.  She was also an in-house lawyer for a large Spanish group in Portugal.
