Marcin Lewoszewski is a legal counsel, a partner of Kobylanska Lewoszewski Mednis. For years, Marcin has been advising clients whose personal data is the most valuable asset. Currently, he represents Bisnode before the court in a case where the first financial penalty under the GDPR was imposed by the Polish DPA (Bisnode vs the DPA case). Recently, he has been helping the largest Polish video game producer operating globally in adapting business processes to the requirements of the GDPR. He also represents global clients in regulatory matters before the telecommunications regulator (UKE).
