Founding partner of the Rafael Pandolfo Advogados Associados law firm. Practice Areas: tax litigation, tax advisory, tax planning regarding domestic and international tax law, corporate tax, M&A taxation.
Chief lawyer in the drafting of defence strategies in tax cases in the judicial and administrative spheres, with active participation in trials before the Courts of Appeal (administrative and judicial) and Superior Courts (Superior Court of Justice and Supreme Federal Court).
He has extensive experience in counselling retail chains, especially food, appliances and construction material retail.
Mr. Pandolfo has in his curriculum vast expertise in consulting for the Federation of Commerce of Goods and Services of the State of Rio Grande do Sul (FECOMERCIO/RS), which brings together large, medium and small enterprises in retail, wholesale and service.
