Career

Ariane’s practice ranges from finance and capital markets transactions of various types to advice on related regulatory matters and on collateral law, restructuring, and insolvency law aspects. She has extensive experience in various types of bank financing and refinancing, including acquisition finance, leveraged finance, real estate finance, asset and trade finance, on the creation of collateral over all types of assets, as well as on capital markets transactions such as equity and debt issuance (including high yield bonds), securitisation transactions with regulated as well as non-regulated securitisation vehicles, listing matters and various regulatory aspects of capital market transactions.
Ariane’s multi-national training and education in Germany, France and the UK is a valuable asset for both cross-border transactions and Luxembourg aspects. She has been part of the team that opened the Luxembourg office in 2013.

Prior to join Hogan Lovells, she practiced for over five years at the Luxembourg office of a magic circle firm and two years at a highly respected independent Benelux firm.
