In his 26 years of experience Antonio Di Pasquale has advised Italian and international clients in a significant number of M&A and corporate transactions, both private and public (including IPOs and Mandatory Tender Offers). He also has a very strong experience in corporate litigation, arbitration and M&A transactions in contexts of financial distress. Energy and infrastructures are the industries where he has acquired a very strong experience. In addition, he has about 25 years of experience in advising clients in the Fashion and Luxury Good sector.
