Kather Augenstein Rechtsanwälte’s ‘highly focused’ and ‘very professional’ team ‘undoubtedly belongs among the best for patent litigation’. Due to its ‘outstanding advice’ and ‘short response times’, the patent law practice led by ‘clever strategistChristof Augenstein is ‘unreservedly recommended for German patent infringement proceedings’. The ‘very energetic’ and ‘technically excellentChristopher Weber, who together with senior partner Peter Kather, Alexander Haertel and Augenstein provides ‘a very high level of service’, is defending Losyco in patent infringement proceedings concerning a patent on a heavy goods transport solution and providing associated PR and press law advice. Since the firm’s establishment at the start of 2016, it has grown steadily and was able to strengthen the practice at partner level in mid-2018 with the promotion of Sören Dahm. It also expanded its client base, which now includes Deutsche Lufthansa and Bron Elektronik as well as Audi and Boston Scientific, among others.
