Dr. Thomas Wiedl has worked as an independent lawyer in cooperation with the law firm Ospelt & Partner Attorneys at Law Ltd. since 2012. He previously worked as a lawyer at another leading Liechtenstein law firm, and prior to that spent four years practising law at a distinguished law firm in Vienna.

He studied law at the University of Innsbruck until 2003, when he successfully completed his doctorate in law. He passed the Austrian Bar Examination in 2006, and the Liechtenstein Bar Examination in 2010.

In 2021 he also qualified as a notary.
