Rebeka started her career as an in-house adviser and a contract manager in an engineering company and continued as a lawyer with Wolf Theiss Law Firm in Sofia for 10 years being part of the set-up team of the Bulgarian branch and working as a Senior Associate. Rebeka was a core member of the Corporate and M&A, the Banking and Finance and the Employment teams. Rebeka has extensive experience in M&A transactions, due diligence, transaction documentation, negotiations, closing, financial regulation, passporting, non-banking financial institutions; international financing agreements and employment law and litigation. In 2018 Rebeka moved to Ernst & Young Law Partnership as a manager.
