In 2007, Francesco worked for a six-month period in Shanghai (PRC) within the legal department of a company of the automotive sector, in order to deepen his knowledge of the implementation of Chinese labour laws and regulations by the “Wholly Foreign-Owned Enterprises” (WFOEs).
