Edoardo Pedersoli was nationally certified as an associate professor of Corporate Law in 2023.
Previously, in 2022 he assumed the position of researcher at Università degli Studi of Milan, and since 2018 he has been teaching the course “Banking, Insurance and Financial Market Law” at Università degli Studi of Milan as an adjunct professor.
He was admitted as a Visiting Researcher at Harvard Law School in 2013 and, prior to joining Pedersoli Studio Legale, was a Foreign Associate at Jun He Law Firm in Shanghai.
