Björn has a talent for litigation, has successfully challenged in a number of large cases, and has been a counsel in several major processes pertaining to the responsibility of members of the board. An essential prerequisite for successful dispute resolution is an understanding of the interests of both the client and the other party, which requires deep knowledge and a high level of commitment – not only regarding the legal side of the question but also of the parties’ activities.
