Cédric Raffoul, attorney at law, is a local partner in the Banking & Finance Practice Group of our Luxembourg office. He focuses on securities law and capital markets regulation.


Cédric specialises in securities law and capital markets regulation. He advises Luxembourg and foreign corporate clients and financial institutions on capital markets and financing transactions, including debt and equity transactions, initial public offerings, takeovers, placements of securities, listings and all related regulatory matters.

Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff, Cédric worked in the Paris office of a major US-based law firm and thereafter for more than four years as a senior associate in the capital markets team of a leading law firm in Luxembourg.
