Partner, Francesco Sbisà specialises in criminal law, with particular focus on corporate bankruptcy, tax offences, workplace health and safety, medical liability, corporate administrative liability as well as crimes related to the Bank of Italy’s and Consob’s supervisory functions. He also provides assistance to multinationals investigated under the Italian Legislative Decree No. 231/01 and to multinational directors and executive managers involved, as defendant or victim, in criminal investigations and court trials.
