Sharon is a transactional attorney with broad experience. She advises companies in complex commercial and technology transactions and assists her clients in related disputes. Sharon frequently negotiates software-as-a-service (SaaS) agreements, licenses, and other supply and service agreements.

Sharon also has experience with acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, and cross-border transactions valued at between $50 and $600 million in the energy sector where she began her legal career. Having practiced for more than 10 years as a transactional attorney, Sharon has devoted the last five years to commercial contracting and brings a wealth of practical experience to business transactions.
