Mary Jo George is the Practice Leader of Ballard Spahr’s Housing Group. Mary Jo focuses primarily on multifamily and senior facility real estate finance transactions. She is especially experienced in FHA insurance, Ginnie Mae mortgage-backed securities, and Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac conventional and bond credit enhancement programs.
