11月15日、北京市知識産権局と中国国際貿易促進委員会（CCPIT）商事法律サービスセンター、北京市司法局、CCPIT北京市分会の共同ホストによる国際知的財産権仲裁調停業務発展シンポジウムが開催された。
世界知的所有権機関（WIPO） 仲裁調停センター、国際商業会議所（ICC）仲裁裁判所、中国国際経済貿易仲裁委員会、シンガポール国際仲裁センター、大韓商事仲裁院、香港国際仲裁センター、北京仲裁委員会、CCPIT調停センター、中国仲裁法学研究会などからの関係者が出席した。国際知的財産権紛争の解決、それぞれの知的財産権仲裁調停の現状と動き、北京市における国際知的財産権紛争の仲裁調停活動の発展などのテーマをめぐって踏み込んだ意見交流が行われた。
