Alec McCluskey
Position
Alec’s practice spans the whole range of commercial and chancery work, with a particular emphasis on litigation and arbitration. Alec has particular experience of banking and financial services disputes, heavy contractual and business disputes (including fraud claims and cases with international elements), insolvency, company and partnership work, professional negligence, trusts and property matters.
