Position

Kate has a broad commercial practice, with a particular interest in product liability, insurance, and consumer finance, as well as in environmental law. She acts for claimants and defendants in both individual and group claims.

Prior to pupillage, Kate undertook an internship at UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, and was a volunteer representative in early-stage employment disputes for CAIWU.
