Cathy is a Partner working in DMH Stallard’s Guildford real estate team advising on commercial property legal matters.
Career
Cathy supports clients across a full range of planning and property development matters and in particular current and strategic land contracts and promotion agreements. Cathy also has a broad experience working for property developers, land owners, pension funds and banks.
Work highlights
- Acted for land owners in relation to a promotion agreement for the proposed development of their land for a mixed development of more than 500 houses, with commercial units and complex infrastructure works.
- Acted for a promoter from negotiating the initial contract, dealing with planning agreements to the eventual sale for nearly ten million pounds
- Acted for a developer in the purchase of a former school, obtaining planning permission for demolition and the construction of houses and luxury flats, and the successful sale of all units off plan.
