Position
Reuben is a Chartered Patent Attorney and European Patent Attorney.
Reuben is head of Life Sciences and MedTech at Maucher Jenkins. He has a strong track record advising clients on matters concerning biotechnology, medtech, medical devices and chemistry.
He is a contributing author to “Handbook of Intellectual Property Management” and “Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and Chemical Inventions”.
Over the years Reuben has gained considerable experience in conducting oppositions and appeals before the European Patent Office, including appearing at oral proceedings before the examining division, opposition divisions and appeal boards. He is experienced in intellectual property litigation, both in a support role in the UK and in the co-ordination of Europe-wide litigation strategies including enforcement and litigation support in Germany.
