Position

Partner within the commercial litigation team. Darren heads up the firm’s insolvency, restructuring and debt recovery department, acting for a range of commercial clients ranging from banks and financial institutions, insolvency practitioners and commercial businesses. He also acts to enforce security and assists with asset recovery on regulated and unregulated agreements.

The group is active in high level and complex matters both within Northern Ireland and internationally, with experience acting in the High Court, the Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court. Declan Magee is department head, while Stuart Murphy leads on construction matters, Darren Toombs is head of debt recovery, and Hugh McGrattan heads insurance.
