Mr. Hartman has extensive experience advising on domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, venture capital investments, proxy contests, corporate governance, corporate restructurings and matters related to federal securities law and Pennsylvania corporate law.
