Career
William C. Robertson, a partner in Dechert’s global finance practice, focuses on private credit and direct lending relating to leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, acquisitions and other transactions. Mr. Robertson’s clients include financial institutions such as major banks, credit funds and alternative capital providers as lenders, lead arrangers and agents, in addition to borrowers and private equity sponsors.
Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Robertson acted as in-house counsel at ING Financial Services LLC and also spent time in the New York and Beijing offices of another international firm.
