Career
Julia Chapman represents clients in antitrust, competition, and commercial litigation matters. She has litigated complex cases through all stages of litigation, from early dispositive motions through trial, and has experience handling complex discovery in large-scale litigation. Ms. Chapman also represents clients in government investigations and counsels clients on the antitrust aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. She has experience in a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on pharmaceuticals, chemicals, health care, and agriculture.
Ms. Chapman maintains an active pro bono practice, representing incarcerated and formerly incarcerated individuals in civil rights actions, appeals, and resentencing proceedings. She also serves on the board of directors of Pennsylvania’s Court Appointed Special Advocates.
