Career
Jay R. Alicandri is one of the leaders of the Firm’s Permanent Capital practice and co-chair of our Global Finance Practice. He represents asset managers, banks, insurance companies and other financial institutions in the private debt space, including Alliance Bernstein, Apollo, Ares Capital, Bain, Barings, BC Partners, Blue Torch, Crescent, FS Investments, Goldman Sachs, Golub Capital, GSO Blackstone, Hercules, ING Capital, KKR, Main Street Capital, Oak Hill, OFS Capital, PennantPark, Sierra, Varagon, and Voya.
Mr. Alicandri is also a thought leader and regularly speaks on a wide variety of topics related to asset finance, private credit, and middle market lending topics.
