Jérôme Le Berre is a Partner in Dentons Paris Tax group. His practice covers the tax aspects of domestic, cross-border and international mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate and group reorganizations and restructurings. He also advises French and international clients on the tax aspects of inbound and outbound real estate investments. Jérôme has also developed a particular expertise in advising international clients acting in the energy and natural resources sectors on the tax aspects of their investments in France and francophone Africa.

Dentons provides a broad range of expertise, covering transactional M&A and real estate tax, as well as handling litigation and transfer pricing issues. The team runs a strong stand-alone practice for companies and investment funds, with a good presence in the biomedical industry.Recent work includes advising a French laboratory on the signing up of a licensing deal with a US laboratory. The practice was also retained to handle some aspects of the landmark Veolia-Suez transaction.  Key members of the team include practice head Gianluca Calisti, Sandra Hazan, of counsel Jérôme Le Berre and Julien Le Guyader. Jessie Gaston left the firm in July 2021.

Dentons offre un large éventail d’expertises fiscales, couvrant les opérations de fusions-acquisitions, la fiscalité immobilière, ainsi que la gestion du contentieux fiscal et des problématiques de prix de transfert. L’équipe fiscale développe aussi une activité autonome auprès des entreprises et des fonds d’investissement, notamment dans le domaine de la biomédecine. Elle a récemment traité certains aspects fiscaux liés à l’opération emblématique Veolia-Suez.
