Eugenie Nunes has been a partner in Dentons’ Employment and Labor practice group since 2005. She focuses on employment law and employee participation. In her practice, she concentrates on legal project management in outsourcing and transfers of undertakings, HR compliance, reorganizations and cross-border employment. She also advises clients on the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions. She is also regularly involved in advising in disputes on employee participation and collective bargaining agreements.
Eugenie is a substitute-judge at the District Court in The Hague (cantonal division). She also manages the cross-border Employment and Labor team at Dentons.
She has various publications to her name in the field of cross-border employment and employee participation, including the “Chronicle of employee participation”. Eugenie regularly gives lectures on Dutch employment law in general, employee participation and cross-border employment within the framework of various educational institutes.
