Avinash provides assistance in advising one of the largest commercial bank in Mauritius on a day to day basis, on all legal matters, including corporate financing, loan structuring and restructuring, debt recovery, drafting and review of an array of agreements (e.g. loan, debt and equity financing) and compliance matters.

He has also assisted on the primary listing of a number of global business companies on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius (“SEM”) and Secondary listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.

He regularly participates in advising offshore management companies. The scope of service includes drafting of investment funding agreements and other agreements pertaining to the global business activities and providing legal advice and issuing legal opinions.
