Sung-Eun Stephan Kim is a member of the Corporate, Real Estate, Tax and Customs practice groups.
Mr. Kim handles complex international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and commercial arrangements, particularly those involving the US, the EU and Korea. He has advised in relation to acquisitions and disposals of both private and public companies, listings on KRX.
