Shane is Head of Corporate in our Dublin office. He is an acknowledged leader in his field, running some of the most complex and big-ticket mandates in the Irish market. He acts as a trusted legal advisor to an extensive list of corporate clients, both Irish and international.
Shane has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, fundraisings, take-private transactions, listings, restructuring and corporate advisory mandates on behalf of Irish and international clients.
He was Head of the Corporate practice in his previous law firm.
