Position
Michael Sabin specialises in advising sponsors on the structuring and formation of private funds and accounts across all strategies, including buyout, real estate, energy, infrastructure and credit, as well as related strategic transactions and internal arrangements. Michael also advises sponsors and investors in connection with complex secondary transactions and fund restructurings.
Michael’s recent experience includes acting for firms such as Cambridge Associates, Capital Dynamics, Carlyle Group, Diamond Castle, EJF Capital, Evercore, Eurazeo, Greystone, GSO Capital Partners, Mercer Investment Management, One Equity and Universities Superannuation Scheme
