Position
Abi joined Charles Coleman in 2008 and specialises in Wills, administration of estates, and powers of attorney. She combines a friendly but professional approach to achieve the best possible experience for her clients.
Abi deals with a wide range of estates, including those where no Will has been made. She has specialist expertise in estates that comprise of foreign assets; are deemed “complex” by HMRC; and/or have a value of over £2m. Abi prepares Wills, from the straightforward to those where trusts and inheritance Tax planning are required. She also offers advice on Lasting Powers of Attorney and Enduring Powers of Attorney.
Career
Abi has a history degree from the University of the West of England and a post-graduate Diploma in Law from The College of Law, Guildford where she also went on to complete her Legal Practice Course.
A Windsor resident, Abi has an interest in community matters and was once awarded the ‘Parish People’ award from her previous parish council. She also enjoys gardening.
